DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH?

Don & Sharron Eaton - RealtorsWhether you are looking for your first home, investment property, or a business to purchase, you need to be able to TRUST those you form a business relationship with.  We want to be that relationship, and will work to earn your trust.

It is our philosophy that Real Estate is a very personal business and the relationships created should be treated as such. We get right into the personal lives and emotions of our clients and for a brief time become part of the family decision making process. For these reasons we felt that sharing a little bit about ourselves and our family was important.

We relocated our family of five to Grants Pass, Oregon from North Torrance, a suburb of Los Angeles in Southern California, after many visits since childhood. Don fell in love with Oregon at ten on a visit to see a great uncle on his fathers side. His mothers family settled in North Eastern Oregon in a town called Izee in the late 1850's after a long journey originating in Georgia. Sharron grew up spending numerous family vacations in Oregon, throughout the state, with her sister and adventurous parents. Grants Pass has the kind of family values, sense of community, and people that made it the choice of cities to relocate to. Children are a very important part of a parents life and we feel that a commitment should be made to raise them in an environment that is beneficial to their lives in as many ways as possible. Our oldest son, Justin, 21, has returned to Southern California for now where he is working and going to school for computer engineering. Ryan, the youngest son, 19, has just started his freshman year in Louisiana, studying architecture. Ashley, 7, and in first grade, keeps Sharron involved with her Girl Scout Brownie Troop as a co-leader, weekly dance lessons, swim lessons and also as a member of the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) at her school. Don has spent many hours through the years with the boys as coach and manager of soccer and baseball teams.

Having come from backgrounds in a structured corporate environment, Don in finance/accounting and Sharron in secretarial/office management fields, the level of professionalism, ethics, organization, and people skills makes us stand out as top Realtors in the area. We have an excellent reputation in the community, the respect of our peers and lasting relationships with past clients. We strongly feel doing business successfully means being honest, pleasant, and respectful to others while being skilled in negotiations and willing to do the work and make the commitment to our clients. Though we prefer not to think of ourselves as a "Team", we benefit from having a great working and personal relationship which translates into superior customer service for our clients.
