complete range of services not available through most Realtors.
When you hire us to assist you in any real estate transaction,

BUYERS....We offer you personalized service based on
your needs. Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and
we take pride in our ability to meet their varied needs. From
those wanting general information about the area to those needing
strict confidentiality or special care, we are your choice. We
know the market and are willing to show you enough properties for
you to make an informed decision. Listening to what features are
important to you and your family, such as location, bedrooms, home
design, property size, schools, amenities, etc., is a key element
of our service and success. An important step in buying a home
today is knowing what your affordable price range is. If you are
planning to finance your new purchase you will need to meet with a
lender prior to looking at property. Being pre-qualified is also
one of the best negotiating tools you can have as a buyer. There
are loan programs available today designed to fit most any
homebuyer and you may be surprised at what you can really afford.
SELLERS...Our aggressive marketing has been
proven to beat the average marketing time in most cases. We
typically do not take a great number of property listings at any
one time in order to provide our high level of service. When we
list a property for sale, our marketing plan begins immediately.
Within a few hours, a message is sent over the Multiple Listing
Service (MLS) computer system to hundreds of other agents. The
property is then scheduled to be featured on tour for all agents
to preview for potential buyers they may have. Color flyers are
also prepared and distributed to other Real Estate offices and
specifically to other Top Agents. Ad copy is drafted for
scheduling to run in one of several real estate magazines for mass
distribution to the public. Our internet site will be updated to
include your property, within three days in most cases. Based on
the type of property being marketed, several other tools will be
used to give the property as much exposure as possible. We will
keep in contact with you every couple of weeks throughout the
listing period and give you feedback from other agents. Scheduling
and coordinating tests and inspections is handled by us, when the
time comes. It is often beneficial to perform certain tests and
inspections prior to, or at the time of, listing the property for
sale. Buyers usually have numerous properties to choose from so
the more a seller does to reduce concerns about the property, the
more likely it is to sell before the competition.
